Human Resource Managers perform a wide range of generalist duties as well as handle all employee-related issues. Among his or her responsibilities will be ensuring confidential information remains secure and advising the company's executives in regards to legal compliance.
As a Human Resource Manager, you are responsible for managing the people functions of the company under the company's policies and practices as well as state and federal laws. A Human Resources Manager handles supporting designated business units in all administrative Human Resources functions, including employee relations, new hire orientations, compensation, benefits, performance management administration, leave of absences, HRIS updates, reporting and any other tasks assigned to them. The HR Manager reports to the CEO

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Human Resources
Master’s degree preferred
SPHR or PHR certification
At least 2-4 years of progressive Human Resource experience
Experience in the full range of HR functional areas including, but not limited to, employee relations, and general HR initiatives
Strong background in administering and facilitating HRIS systems and reporting
A strong emphasis on healthcare and workers compensation knowledge highly preferred
Strong HR Generalist background and/or specialist experience in organization development, compensation, benefits, employment and labor relations
Extensive Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations
Strong experience working in a multi-site, hourly population environment
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fast growing, constantly changing work environment
Strong organizational, relationship building, and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical, planning skills and strategic thinking required
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Knowledge and experience in Google Suite
Knowledge and experience in Monday.com preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred
Responsibilities:
Generalist/Administrative
Work with the Executive Team in reviewing, developing, revising, and executing human resource policies, procedures, manuals and forms applicable to the industry
Ensure that the Company's policies and procedures are in compliance with applicable State and Federal employment laws
Assist in maintaining employee files up to date
Supervise HR Team Members
Generate monthly reports including: annual reviews, employee referral, I-9 audit list among others
Generate and submit annual EEO-1 to EEOC
Leave of Absence and Worker’s Compensation administration oversight
Employee Relations
Help maintain a positive employee relations environment and support the Company's Open Door policy
Work with the Executive Team in implementing and executing proactive employee relations initiatives
Counsel employees and managers in the resolution of work-related problems and disputes
Investigate/analyze legal issues and processes in order to provide policy guidance and information to management and employees
Conduct investigations into allegations of discrimination or harassment; make recommendations based on findings
Handle employee performance issues and terminations
Manage the performance management program and procedures, including but not limited to performance appraisals and performance improvement plans
Communicate and ensure compliance and understanding by employees of laws, regulations and organizational policies and procedures
Answer questions by managers and employees as needed
Recruiting ,Training & Development
Manage Recruiting Team and meet hiring quotas
Create, enhance and prepare modules and training materials for operations level training programs
Coordinate and conduct training for operations for such topics as:
New Hire Orientation
Supervisor's Training
Harassment and Discrimination Prevention
Keep track of employee attendance
Other duties as assigned
