Behavior Treatment & Analysis is seeking a Full Time BCBA to work with our clients between the ages of 2 to 10. A BCBA with BTA guides and supervises the provision of evidence-based mental health services and programs for children with autism spectrum disorders and/or similar developmental disabilities in response to physician recommendations in home, school, and/ or other natural settings. You provide training, leadership, and mentorship to a team of behavior specialists.

In this role, you will be required to work in our Antioch and Walnut Creek Center. The required availability is Monday through Saturday.

What your role is:

  • Provides clinical support and training to an assigned team of Behavior Specialists
  • Conduct behavioral assessments, functional assessments, and functional analyses
  • Develop behavior support and intervention plans
  • Updating programs and observing data through Central Reach
  • Conducts regular home or community visits based on the clinical needs of the individualized programs
  • Provides caregiver training on the implementation of individualized Treatment Plans and Behavioral Support Plans

What's required from you:

We know you've been in this field for a while, you have a bachelors, masters and even a BCBA certification, so we trust you know what the job entails. Here are some key points that make a great candidate.

  • BCBA must have at least a minimum of one year experience providing ABA intervention services, developing and implementing client programs
  • Must have valid California Driver's License. Maintain a clean driving record. Proof of auto insurance
  • Must adhere to all federal, state and local laws/legislation’s as applicable as well as HIPAA laws and regulatory agencies
  • Must pass health screenings, obtain vaccinations and clear TB testing based on company policies
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification
  • Must attend all BTA required training
  • Be vested in the ABA Field, committed to the cause, willing to learn and grow constantly amidst the changing landscape that is the ABA field.
