Job Summary:
Behavior Treatment & Analysis is seeing a Human Resources Manager who will oversee all aspects of the human resources function for our Behavior Treatment Analysis company. This includes talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent for various positions.
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs that promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Suggest a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
- Oversee performance management programs to ensure employees are meeting expectations and receiving appropriate feedback and coaching.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of training programs with the support of the clinical team.
- Maintain HR systems and processes
- Conduct performance and salary reviews
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations issues.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure the confidentiality and security of all employee data.
- Update and maintain certifications for all employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a healthcare or therapy environment.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software programs
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Knowledge of applicable federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with employees and management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Spanish is preferred.

Conditions of Employment:
- Ability to obtain/maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice
- The People & Performance department must analyze DOJ/FBI live scan reports in accordance with applicable federal, State and local laws
- Must have a valid California Driver's License. Maintain a clean driving record. Show proof of auto insurance
- Must adhere to all federal, state and local laws/legislation as applicable as well as HIPAA laws and regulatory agencies
- Must pass health screenings, obtain vaccinations and clear TB testing based on company policies
- Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certificate
- Must attend all BTA required training
- Must be vaccinated and boosted (if eligible) against COVID-19 upon being hired. Behavior Treatment & Analysis adheres to all CDC health and safety guidelines.
