Position Overview:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead and supervise our dynamic recruitment team, developing innovative hiring strategies to attract and retain top-tier ABA talent. This position is crucial for our organizational growth, requiring an experienced leader capable of identifying exceptional candidates who align with our mission-driven approach to behavior treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct and supervise recruitment activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

- Develop and implement advanced talent acquisition strategies targeting high-quality ABA professionals.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand staffing requirements and proactively fulfill hiring needs.

- Mentor and coach recruitment team members to enhance performance, streamline processes, and foster professional development.

- Build strong relationships with ABA educational programs, professional associations, and industry networks to maintain a robust talent pipeline.

- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

- Enhance employer branding initiatives, positioning Behavior Treatment & Analysis Inc. as a leading choice in the ABA community.

- Monitor, analyze, and report recruitment metrics and trends, adjusting strategies for optimal results.

- Ensure recruitment processes comply fully with federal, state, and local employment regulations and ethical standards


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree highly preferred.

- A minimum of 5 years of proven recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior talent acquisition role.

- In-depth knowledge and experience within the ABA industry or healthcare recruitment sector.

- Demonstrated success developing and executing innovative hiring strategies that attract specialized talent.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing methodologies.

- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for recruitment-related activities.
