Position Overview: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals within the ABA sector. This proactive and dynamic individual will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with our company's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to source high-quality ABA and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external healthcare recruitment networks.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
- Maintain accurate and timely recruitment data within applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Attend career fairs, professional networking events, and develop relationships with educational institutions to foster a robust candidate pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and ethical recruiting practices.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and social media outreach to attract top talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years recruiting experience within the healthcare industry, particularly ABA or behavioral health.
- Strong familiarity with U.S. healthcare recruitment standards and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to source and attract candidates through various platforms and recruitment methods.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and familiarity with recruitment analytics.
- Fluent in English(required)
