Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our Human Resources department.

Job Summary: As the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts to attract and retain top-tier talent in ABA therapy and support roles. You will develop recruitment strategies that align with our organizational goals, enhance our employer brand, and ensure a smooth and effective hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy, tailored to meet the specific needs of ABA therapy and support roles.
  • Work closely with department heads to define precise staffing needs and job descriptions.
  • Manage all phases of the recruitment process, from job posting and talent sourcing to interviewing and hiring decisions.
  • Develop and oversee effective candidate sourcing and attraction strategies, including digital campaigns, job fairs, and partnerships with relevant educational institutions.
  • Enhance company reputation and attract high-quality candidates by promoting our values, culture, and benefits in job listings and through social media platforms.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings, and keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes.
  • Implement and refine recruitment metrics to measure and improve our hiring success and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations concerning employment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in the healthcare or behavioral therapy sectors.
  • Deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization and with potential candidates.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM).
  • Experience in ABA therapy settings or similar healthcare environments.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements in healthcare recruitment.
  • Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
